Hi, I’m Beth, the founder of Refined NWA. I started this company with one simple goal: to elevate cleaning to a standard that mirrors the refined lifestyles of my clients. With a passion for precision and an unwavering commitment to excellence, I take pride in helping my clients maintain pristine, inviting spaces they can be proud of.

Prior to starting Refined NWA, I hosted high-end short term rentals in the Smoky Mountains where I amassed over 300 five star reviews and provided a space for hundreds of vacationers to unwind and enjoy their time away. From this experience, I honed my impeccable attention to detail and cleaning processes that support the work that we do every day at Refined NWA.
